christina made chicken breasts wrapped in prosciutto and sage leaves, a variation of saltimbocca.






for new years eve morning- crab cake and soft-shell crab breakfast dishes at the king of france tavern in the maryland inn.
thirty years ago historic inns of annapolis commissioned me to do some line drawings of the properties, and they're still hanging on the walls of the 18th century hotel today.
